Illinois makes 15!

Lawmakers in the Illinois House today narrowly voted in favor of a same sex marriage bill that was approved earlier this year by the Illinois Senate.  Governor Quinn has already indicated that he will sign the bill after it heads back to the Senate for minor changes.

With today’s vote, Illinois becomes the 15th state to approve marriage equality along with the District of Columbia.
