Where the States Stand… part deux

Yesterday’s announcement by the governor of Ohio indicating his approval of instituting the Affordable Care Act’s Medicaid expansion was one in a string of major announcements by GOP governors on their state’s plans to implement or not implement two of the critical aspects of the Affordable Care Act: Medicaid expansion and health exchanges.  The changes are largely opposed by GOP governors – in particular Rick Perry of Texas and Bobby Jindal of Louisiana, however several high profile governors have indicated some willingness to implement the provisions, including Jan Brewer of Arizona.

I’ve posted this map before, but clearly this will be rapidly changing over the coming weeks and months.  You can always access the updated map here.
